This hotel is a great value for money - prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is superb, being very close to Tengachaya station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff provide excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms on the 2nd floor are perfectly adequate. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious.

The room was equipped with modern amenities and had a cozy feel to it. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but still conveniently located near public transportation. The bathroom had a nice bathtub and was well-stocked with clean towels.

The steep and narrow staircase made it difficult to carry our luggage up to the room. the lack of staff on-site made it challenging to receive assistance with any issues that may arise during our stay.

If you're visiting Japan and looking for a comfortable and efficient stay close to public transit, this place is perfect. Located near a subway station, it's easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The toilet and shower are separate, making it more convenient. Check-in is easy and the host is very responsive and helpful. The only downside is the lack of elevator, but this is common in many Japanese buildings.

My recent stay at Harper House in Osaka was a great find for us after four days of trekking. The ryokan style rooms were very cool and the small kitchenette and washing machine came in handy. The check-in/check-out process was easy and the location was perfect for dining and subway access. We also loved the fact that there was a supermarket just around the corner.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as thin futons and the absence of an elevator, I still highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient amenities, and great location.
